Hi! I?m Sharon and I?m looking for a roommate to share my 3 BR house in the Garden District (quiet, residential neighborhood inside the circle and close to shopping, recreational facilities, etc.) I am ideally looking for a student or professional person who is quiet between 10 pm and 6 am, non-smoker, neat, quiet and calm (Drama-free). My home is furnished. There is a bedroom available with closet, a hall bathroom, as well as shared space in the rest of the house, including a Vita-mix, juicer, dehydrator, and meditation/yoga room. I?m asking $600/month, which includes $450 rent and $150 for utilities and internet. There will be $100 deposit required. Well-behaved small dog and/or cat would be welcome with no additional charge.
