I have a room available in my spacious 2bdr 2bth apartment. The apartment is very large and all appliances (including washer & dryer), living room furniture, fireplace, and some kitchen essential are provided. You will be in charge of your side of the apartment which includes a very large bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet. All I ask is that you keep the common area clean and help by picking up after yourself. The rent is 150/week or 600/month whichever is easier and I do require a 250 dollar deposit, there is also a 50 dollar application fee that is required by the apartment complex. I would like the applicant to be in school so that our schedules won't clash too much but it is not a requirement. This availability is open ASAP and I would prefer a male! I do require a 3 month lease and there will be an interview process.
