We are seeking Property Preservation Subcontractors and Handyman/Lawn Maintenance contractors in your state. Independent contractors will be responsible for performing Initial services, ongoing maintenance and repairs including but not limited to: Grass Cuts/Snow Removal Lock Changes Winterizations Debris Removal/Trash Outs Construction Repairs Light Cleaning Subcontractors must have their own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone to take pictures. You also need your own tools, locks, lawn mower, generator, plow, and any other tools needed to completed work orders.
