Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning and scheduling work for all maintenance technicians. Implementing training and continuing education for all maintenance technicians. Verifying time sheets for all hourly maintenance technicians. Creating notification and work orders in SAP for preventive and corrective maintenance. Reporting trouble reports with major downtime. Implementing continuous improvements to equipment. Assisting with new equipment installation with engineering cooperation. Planning equipment PM schedules, shutdowns, repairs. Assists in reviewing, interviewing, recommendations for hiring.. Organize and 3R5S for tool boxes. Make daily downtime report all of process. Creating, reviewing and update equipment check sheets. Support for perform to weekend work plan include shutdown and holiday. Make and perform to work order tasks with technicians. Check and review for daily check sheets. Check and rerecord for lighting measure all of inspection area. Report any maintenance problems. Control for repairing parts.(Make list and monitor until complete) List:up for inconsistency of equipment with countermeasure. Attendance control in charge of shift. REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of pneumatics systems. Knowledge of hydraulic systems. Knowledge of frequency inverters. Knowledge of Robots. Knowledge of PLCs. Knowledge of mechanical systems. Knowledge of injection molding machine.(ENGEL,HPM). Experience with TPM part of maintenance. Knowledge of Auto CAD. Knowledge of Microsoft office. Experience with SAP part of maintenance.
